| Area 1 | From the Pennsylvania-Maryland lines extending southward to Interstate Routes I-95 and 295 to the Delaware Memorial Bridge. This area is represented by Dariel C. Rakestraw whose term runs from January 1, 2006 until December 31, 2009. |

| Area 2 | South of Interstate Routes I-95 and 295 to the Delaware Memorial Bridge to the Chesapeake-Delaware Canal and to the Maryland State line. This area is represented by Paul H. Morrill, Jr. whose term runs from January 1, 2007 until December 31, 2010. |

| Area 4 | South of the Appoquinimink Creek to Odessa, south of Delaware Route 299 from Odessa to the Maryland State line, to the Kent County, Delaware line, north of Smyrna. This area is represented by J. Christopher Roberts whose term runs from January 1, 2009 until December 31, 2012. | |
